Государственная поддержка, выделение грантовых средств, узаконивание понятия волонтерской деятельности, увеличение численности добровольцев актуализируют исследовательскую активность в изучении данного феномена. Развитие профессионально ориентированной волонтерской деятельности помогает в профессиональном становлении личности. Однако возникают различные проявления психического выгорания, отражающиеся на эмоциональном уровне. Изучение эмоционального интеллекта волонтеров раскрывает возможности рассмотрения его как фактора возникновения психического выгорания и ресурса его преодоления.
Так, целью исследования является изучение взаимосвязей эмоционального интеллекта и психического выгорания волонтеров-медиков в условиях профессионально ориентированнойволонтерской деятельности.
В нем приняли участие 88 волонтеров-медиков в возрасте от 18 до 23 лет, обучающихся в ФГБОУ ВО «Курский государственный медицинский университет» Минздрава России. Для сбора данных использовали наблюдение и беседу, а также стандартизированные психодиагностические методики исследования «Профессиональное выгорание» (ПВ) (русскоязычная версия Н. Водопьянова, Е. Старченкова) и «Эмоциональный интеллект ЭмИн» (Д. В. Люсин). Обработка результатов осуществлялась с помощью методов описательной статистики, сравнительного (непараметрического критерия H-Краскела-Уоллиса) и корреляционного видов анализа. Эмпирически доказано наличие значимых и высокозначимых корреляций между показателями эмоционального интеллекта и психического выгорания. Средние значения по шкалам, входящим в межличностный эмоциональный интеллект, свидетельствуют об эмпатичности волонтеров, об их понимании эмоций своих подопечных и знании, как изменить фон настроения при необходимости. Реализация волонтерской деятельности подразумевает контроль над эмоциями, их понимание и своевременную проработку с целью не навредить благополучателям, что помогает найти контакт и выстроить адекватные взаимоотношения. Вместе с тем это может способствовать излишнему контролю и накоплению эмоций, а в конечном итоге – бесконтрольному их проявлению и психическому выгоранию.

The development of professionally oriented volunteer activities helps in the professional development of the individual. However, there are various manifestations of mental burnout, which are reflected on the emotional level. The study of the emotional intelligence of volunteers reveals the possibilities of considering it as a factor in the onset of mental burnout and a resource for overcoming it. Thus, the study of the relationship between emotional intelligence and mental burnout of medical volunteers in a professionally oriented volunteer activity is the aim of the study. 88 medical volunteers aged 18 to 23 years, studying at the Kursk State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia, took part in it. Observation and conversation, as well as standardized psychodiagnostic research methods "Professional burnout" (PV) (Russian version of N. Vodopyanov, E. Starchenkov) and "Emotional intelligence Emin" (D.V. Lyusin) were used to collect data. The processing of the results was carried out using the methods of descriptive statistics, comparative (nonparametric H-Kruskal-Wallis test) and correlation types of analysis. Significant and highly significant correlations between indicators of emotional intelligence and mental burnout have been proven empirically. The average values on the scales included in the interpersonal emotional intelligence indicate the empathic nature of the volunteers, their understanding of the emotions of their wards and the knowledge of how to change the mood background if necessary. The implementation of volunteer activities implies control over emotions, their understanding and timely elaboration in order not to harm the beneficiaries, which helps to find contact and build adequate relationships. At the same time, this can contribute to excessive control and accumulation of emotions, and, ultimately, to their uncontrolled manifestation and mental burnout.
